We are currently under construction at 1073 N Ventura Ave on a 12 unit Live Work Project.  The project includes 4 one-bedroom, 4 two-bedroom and 4 townhouse type 3 bedroom units plus 3,000 sq ft of Commercial space. The one bedroom and two bedroom units can be directly accessible to the commercial space creating the unique opportunity to “live and work” on site! 

The commercial site directly on Ventura Ave is designed so that it will accommodate from one to five commercial tenants.  There is a shared public restroom for the street level commercial tenants and a private commercial restroom for the upstairs commercial tenant.

We expect the building to be ready for occupancy in late March or early April 05.  The rent is expected to range from $1100 to $1500 per month and will include some utilities.  Water trash and  gardener will be provided for most units.  On site parking is included. There will be a Laundry Room on site for tenants.
