Merewether Property Management in Partnership with Judson Builders, buys, renovates, and develops living units both single family homes and Multi family Units in Ojai Ventura, Oxnard and Santa Paula.

Merewether Property Management takes pride in our reputation of providing quality housing units that are well managed, good places to live, as well as good values in the current rental market. 

Merewether Property Management exclusively manages properties owned by the principals or owned by partnerships which the principals are also owners.  Currently MPM manages Commercial Office as well as Multi Family Units and single homes.

We are currently under construction with 12 living units and 3,000 sq ft of commercial space in Ventura and soon to follow will be 35 units in Santa Paula with some commercial space as well.
